Eden Green Technology is a vertical farming technology company. They build, manage, and license a greenhouse technology platform that increases local access to nutritious produce, and provides a non-interrupted food supply, all through its turnkey urban agricultural model.

Critically they are aligning to the existing supply chain dynamics which are key to actual adoption at scale and rather than tackling the high margin, small volume game they are focused on making the mass markets like lettuce and other greens available more cheaply, fresher and more reliably

Eddy takes us through the economics of growing 'leafy greens' and the direct connection between the logistics of enabling fresh produce to reach customers so this highly nutritious  food can be an actual option for people, especially mainstream and lower income socioeconomic groups

Eddy also takes us through the basis for how he moved into a redemptive entrepreneurship mode of thinking as the basis for how and why he joined Eden Green after achieving financial success in prior business endeavours
