Seabin burst on to the scene back in 2016 with a innovative bin designed to clean up oceans and waterways, installed in marinas with a video that went globally viral. 5 years on and whilst they have sold bins in over 50 countries globally and cleaned up hundreds of tons of plastics from billions of litres of filtered water the business wasn't itself sustainable, in fact it was in trouble.
